Now they're leaving their bagged dogshit in the middle of a sidewalk at night.  An inattentive pedestrian will have fun when the bag pops and squirts.

Once again dog poop bagged but not thrown into trashcan. Maybe the fancy bag design is intended to make it easier for the person stuck with proper disposal. The pink valentine motif is so enchanting it makes you forget the contents. Pretty dogshit bags have been left all over downtown. Take pride, Plattsburgh City!

Black Bag Jobs

Bagging your dog's shit in a black plastic bag still leaves the problem for someone else.  Too lazy to toss the bag into a trashcan?  Is there more than one black bagger?  These bags can be found all over downtown.

 Some human pigs like to leave their bags in one location.  In the past I've seen one spot where four bags were left behind.

 

What, no black bag? Isn't this nice, a pink bag covered with hearts probably from a candy store.  I like the way it has been knotted to form a valentine.  Maybe some unsuspecting child will assume fudge is inside.
