One of the elevated stone flowerbeds at the entrance of the parking lot behind Koffee Kat. I prefer flowers. Last year the flowerbeds were never seeded, just barren soil. Another year without any plants? Good spots for litter like beer and soda cans.
Don't tell me---there's a trash can (or two) within 20 feet of those flower beds
