There's a crow problem downtown.  Splattered sidewalks.  Are the crows the only ones providing coverage?

Nothing To Crow About

I went for a walk this evening and even nighttime couldn't take the edge off the white splatters all over the sidewalks. When is Plattsburgh City going to do something about the crow hordes? Crows have outcrapped dogs at City Hall and other places.

Without Good Caws

Raucous crow hordes add to the musicality of downtown Plattsburgh City.  Such soothing sounds at night.

This bag was photographed on October 7th.  It's an example of a dog owner who picks up their pet's shit but leaves it behind for someone else to handle proper disposal.  Now the bag is falling apart and the shit will end up on the sidewalk.  Take Pride, Plattsburgh City!

Half-Ass

Make sure to bag your pooch's poop -- and then leave it hanging around for someone else to get stuck with its disposal.  Of course such decorations add to the supernal beauty of downtown Plattsburgh City, NY.

Equine Not Canine

PLATTSBURGH CITY, NY -- 08/28/18

I've heard a couple of horses rendered the mess on the Margaret Street sidewalk.  (HT: Matt Hall.)  Apparently the riders were letting people feed their mounts carrots.  But why were the horses on the sidewalk?  And as you can see from the above image the mess could have been prevented with horse diapers.

This morning the fecal decorations were being cleaned up.  I feel sorry for the city worker stuck with the removal of the oversized scat. 

With all the laws and regulations enforced by Plattsburgh City it's time to add sections about horses on sidewalks (bicycles aren't allowed but they don't leave shit behind) and a requirement for horses to wear the proper catch-all equipment.

Going to work on Monday morning is bad enough but seeing this...  Please note this scat stretch is near a restaurant.  Great for your taste buds.
