In the previous post I shared an image of a dirty diaper left in the parking lot of the County Social Services building in downtown Plattsburgh.
The diaper was still there yesterday, cooking in the 90 degrees F + sun. And in case anyone has any doubts about whether it really is a diaper, note the Huggies logo. (It's a size 4, to be exact.)
